Hello, and welcome to my first post! My name is Alexeia Wiesner—an entrepreneur, leader, and inventor with a passion for high-quality education and lifelong learning. Today, I want to share a bit about my journey and the philosophy that drives me forward.

About Me

An Entrepreneur on a Mission

As an INTJ, I approach life through a lens of structured thought and clear logic. My top strengths shape my work and outlook:

  1. Thinker: I really live for intellectual discussions, preferring to reflect deeply rather than jump into decisions.
  2. Brainstormer: I love ideating without limits, connecting concepts, and challenging traditional thinking.
  3. Philomath: Driven by curiosity, I’m always pursuing new knowledge and skills.
  4. Chameleon: I adapt quickly, thrive on variety, and am at my best in dynamic, changing environments.
  5. Problem Solver: I enjoy analyzing complex problems and finding practical solutions to difficult challenges.

My Journey So Far

I wasn’t born into the easiest circumstances. Raised by my grandparents, my early years were turbulent, marked by hardships and an unstable family environment. My teenage years took a dark turn when I lost a close friend, leading me to a turning point. I started seeking change, determined to build a better path for myself through education, self-development, entrepreneurship and self-discipline.

Since then, it’s been a journey of continuous self-improvement, resilience, and learning. I started in the energy sector and from then built products in a variety of industries like mental health, music and community platforms. Along the way I fought to earn a BSc degree and to complete a Master’s degree in management with the goal of MBA.

Despite facing setbacks—from failed projects and companies to personal challenges — I’ve never given up on my drive to invent, create, and make a difference. My projects include building amazing communities, and next-gen platforms and products that combat climate change, like a cooling pad prototype that reduces carbon emission by 80%, or platforms that improve peoples mental health dramatically. All these are valuable learning experiences even if they didn’t reach commercial success yet, and with a growth mindset one can learn from these to truly excel!

Why I’m Sharing This

With each project and company, each failure, and each success, I’ve become more determined to keep growing. I want to connect with others on a similar journey, those who are unafraid of failure and are constantly seeking improvement.

In the future, I hope to leverage my knowledge to provide value to others — whether through digital products, webinars, or educational resources. My LinkedIn audience has grown to around 9,000 followers, and I’d love to hear from you as I share more insights, ideas, and reflections on my journey.
